Thereafter, Dr. Johnson completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Memphis, prior to his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Medical University of South Carolina.
Dr. Johnson is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is also one of approximately eleven board certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Specialists in the state. He is nationally noted for his expertise in endometriosis and has shared his wealth of experience by giving presentations at medical conferences across the country. Dr. Johnson currently practices medicine at Overlake Reproductive Health, where, as the Medical Director, he has built his practice around providing individualized, custom-tailored treatment to patients in a warm and caring environment. Overlake Reproductive Health is an early adopter of the new paradigm of IVF treatment which revolves around Preimplantation Genetic Screening (PGS), Freeze-all Cycles, and Single Embryo Transfers for all patients.
