She obtained her board certification in emergency medicine after completing her residency at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Quezon City, Philippines.
Upon relocating to the United States, she went on to perform her residency in family medicine and her fellowship in geriatric medicine at the Medical Center of Central Georgia.
Among her professional affiliations, she is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Virginia Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Geriatrics Society.
With a focus on comprehensive health care for people of all ages, Dr. Sampang is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice in family medicine and its sub-specialties.
