He then went on to complete his residency in neurology at Pitie-Salpetriere University Hospital in Paris, France. Upon relocating to the United States, he completed his residency in neurology and his fellowship in clinical neurophysiology at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center.
Following his training, the doctor became board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, which is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to promoting high-quality patient care for the public through the initial and continuing certification of psychiatrists and neurologists. His research interests include multiple sclerosis and neuro-immunology.
