Dr. Levy received his medical degree from the Medical School of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. Thereafter, he went on to complete a residency in Neurosurgery at Cleveland Clinic Foundation, as well as a residency in General Surgery at Baystate Medical Center – Tufts University. He also completed an internship (transitional year) at the Medical Center of Central Georgia.

Dr. Levy is a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS). The CNS is a professional association representing neurosurgeons, neurosurgical residents, medical students, and allied health professionals. As a leader in education and innovation, the association remains dedicated to advancing neurosurgery.

Dr. Levy is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, often listed as “FACS”, is a post-nominal title used to indicate that the surgeon’s education and training, professional qualifications, surgical competence, and ethical conduct have passed a rigorous evaluation, and have been found to be consistent with the high standards established and demanded by said College.
