He completed his residency in internal medicine at George Washington University, and his fellowships in cardiology and clinical cardiac electrophysiology at MedStar Washington Hospital Center and MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, respectively.
A Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), the doctor is board-certified in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
