He completed his residencies and fellowships at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, University of Washington Medical Center, and Duke University Hospital.
Prior to moving to Fox Valley, Wisconsin in 2014, he was on the medical faculty at the University of Washington School of Medicine as Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences for 14 years. He also served as the Associate Director for Behavioral Health at Network Health Plan in Appleton, Wisconsin.
A Diplomate of the American College of Independent Medical Examiners, Dr. Bentham is board-certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the professions of psychiatry and neurology.
