Founded in 1998 by a small group of obstetricians and gynecologists, today Women’s Care Florida (WCF) is the largest independent women’s health practice with more than 100 outpatient locations throughout the Tampa Bay and Orlando areas. The practice provides comprehensive gynecologic care, including annual preventative exams, reproductive management, contraceptive counseling, as well as treatment for menopause or other gynecological problems and conditions.
Among its professional affiliations include the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Society of Gynecologic Oncology, the American Urogynecologic Society, the American College of Nurse-Midwives, the National Society of Genetic Counselors, the American College of Surgeons, the International Society of Gynecological Pathologists, the College of American Pathologists, and the American Board of Surgery.

Combining patient-centered care with the latest innovations in healthcare technologies, the WCF Women’s Health Center offers a wide range of services in the areas of obstetrics and gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, maternal-fetal medicine, and fertility. The facility also features a breast center, a patient education center, genetic counseling and supportive care, primary care, imaging, infusion, as well as a high-risk fetal surgery program.
Likewise, WCF’s Surgical Center remains dedicated to providing surgical services such as advanced endoscopic surgery, breast surgery, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, plastic surgery, and urogynecology. The Center ensures that the highest standards of quality and safety are met by adhering to the strictest standards established by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, Medicare, and the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.

At present, WCF has 360 physicians who tend to 350,000 patients on an annual basis, performing 20,000 deliveries per year and carrying out more than 450,000 obstetrical, preventive, and gynecological visits yearly. They hold hospital privileges at 13 facilities and are associated with the major insurance companies.
Anna Wouters, MD
Dr. Wouters is a skilled vaginal surgeon, dedicated to bettering women’s health. She believes in the patient-doctor relationship as the fundamental backbone to medical care. Within the WCF network, she is affiliated with Bayfront Baby Place, St. Anthony’s, and Surgical Center at the Women’s Health Center Tampa.
A Junior Fellow with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American Medical Association, the doctor is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, which is a non-profit organization that provides board certification for practicing obstetricians and gynecologists in the United States and Canada.
Throughout her academic career, Dr. Wouters graduated cum laude from University of Florida, where she was an active participant in the premedical American Medical Student Association, lobbying Congress for healthcare and organizing students and educators to help students trying to enter the profession of medicine. Her degree is in Integrative Biology, with a minor in Anthropology. She went on to study at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine.
While in medical school, she participated in an elective teaching course to mentor younger students and was the only student asked to lecture not only the students, but to the professors as well. In addition to her medical school coursework, she completed the Scholarly Concentrations Program in Law and Medicine.
Thereafter, she went on to complete her residency at Mercer University’s Savannah campus, earning several awards for her dedication to and excellence in teaching the medical students working under her and sering as the chief resident during her senior year. She also received recognition from the Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine for her dedication to her obstetric patients throughout her residency.
On a more personal note, Dr. Wouters was raised in Florida, nearby in Tampa where her family still resides. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading literature, and watching foreign films.
Beth Diner, MD
Specializing in da Vinci surgery, which includes both minimally invasive hysterectomies and resection of endometriosis, Dr. Diner is affiliated with Bayfront Baby Place, St. Anthony’s, and Surgical Center at the Women’s Health Center Tampa – all of which are a part of the WCF network.
After receiving her baccalaureate from the University of Virginia in 1995, Dr. Diner went on to earn her medical degree from the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. She then moved to Washington D.C. to complete her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at The Washington Hospital Center. During her training, she focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques and received the Award for Endoscopic Excellence.
She remained in Washington for two years as a National Health Service Corp Scholar, which enabled her to focus on minimally invasive advancement in gynecology while working in the most underserved areas of the city. She mentored the OB/GYN residents in these techniques and ran the laparoscopic training lab at The Washington Hospital Center.
In addition to being a member of the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons and the Pinellas County Medical Association, the doctor is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, which is a non-profit organization that provides board certification for practicing obstetricians and gynecologists in the United States and Canada. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
At present, Dr. Diner resides in St. Pete Beach with her husband and three children.
Prashanti Logeswaran, MD
Committed to the highest quality of care in all aspects of women’s health, Dr. Logeswaran is affiliated with Bayfront Baby Place, St. Anthony’s, and Surgical Center at the Women’s Health Center Tampa – all of which are a part of the WCF network. She loves all aspects of her specialty, but has chosen to focus on gynecologic surgery, providing advanced laparoscopy and robotic surgery to patients who need such surgeries.
The doctor is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, which is a non-profit organization that provides board certification for practicing obstetricians and gynecologists in the United States and Canada.
Dr. Logeswaran earned her medical degree from the University of Essen School of Medicine in Germany. Her training in the Cellitinnen Hospital in Germany allowed her to better understand the needs of patients from various cultures and different ethnic backgrounds. She also received an Award for Excellence in the teaching and clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology by nursing and midwife students.
Upon relocating to the United States, she went on to complete her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Queens, New York, receiving an Outstanding Resident Award for best clinical skills and compassionate care for patients. In addition to her residency program, she was a Research Fellow at Boston Medical Center for Advanced Research.
Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Logeswaran enjoys long distance running and has competed in the New York marathon twice. She lives with her husband and daughter in St. Petersburg.
Molly Long, MD
With specialization in da Vinci minimally invasive hysterectomies, Novasure and Thermachoice endometrial ablations, and no incision Essure vaginal tubal ligations, Dr. Long is affiliated with several hospitals that are a part of the WCF network, including Bayfront Baby Place, St. Anthony’s, and Surgical Center at the Women’s Health Center Tampa.
In regards to her educational background, Dr. Long attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she earned her baccalaureate degree in biochemistry and was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Society. She then went on to attend medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she graduated in the top 3% of her class and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
Wanting to further her training, she completed her internship and residency at the University of South Florida, which provided extensive training in surgery, gynecology, and high-risk obstetrics. She also received training in minimally invasive surgery and outpatient surgery for incontinence, and was in private practice in Denver, Colorado for six years.
A Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the doctor is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, which is a non-profit organization that provides board certification for practicing obstetricians and gynecologists in the United States and Canada.
Voted best OB/GYN in Best of the Bay 2014, she serves as the Chairman of the Bayfront Health St. Petersburg Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also a member of the Florida Obstetric and Gynecologic Society and the Pinellas County Medical Association.
In her personal life, Dr. Long and her husband reside in St. Petersburg with their two daughters.
Linda Tijerino, MD
Recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Tijerino is affiliated with Bayfront Baby Place, St. Anthony’s, and Surgical Center at the Women’s Health Center Tampa – which are a part of the WCF network.
With an outstanding commitment to her speciality, she remains an active member of the Pinellas County Medical Society, the Florida Medical Society, and the Florida Obstetric and Gynecologic Society.
As for her academic career, Dr. Tijerino graduated from the University of Illinois in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in General Biology. She then went on to attend the University of Illinois College of Medicine, where she received her medical degree in May of 1998. Years later, in 2002, she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Bayfront Health – St. Petersburg and went into private practice at WCF.
Following her training, the doctor became board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, which is a non-profit organization that provides board certification for practicing obstetricians and gynecologists in the United States and Canada.
Born in Managua, Nicaragua, Dr. Tijerino is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Promoting personal and professional growth within the work environment, WCF requires that all of its physicians be board-certified or board-eligible for certification. Following the completion of medical school, all have completed at least 4 additional years of specialized training and take courses on a regular basis in order to remain up to date with the latest advancements in women’s health care.
