Dr Zia Khan graduated from the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine in 1990 and completed residency in internal medicine with fellowships in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, General Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine-Internal Medicine.

A member of the American Medical Association, Dr. Khan heads a charitable foundation, supporting just causes anywhere in the world. Extensively involved in philanthropic work, Dr. Khan was voted a Las Vegas Top Cardiologist in 2016 and is the recipient of the OCA Asian American Pacific Islander ICON Award and the Man of the Year Award in 2007 by Catholic Charities of Nevada.
