Throughout her academic career, she graduated with her medical degree from the Boston University School of Medicine, and completed her internship at the Eisenhower Medical Center. She then went on to further her training with a residency in neurology at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, followed by a fellowship in headache medicine with the UCLA Goldberg Migraine Program.
An authority in her field, Dr. Morgenshtern Yacoby is board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the professions of psychiatry and neurology.
With a passion for teaching, she serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine.

Neurologists are licensed medical specialists who diagnose and treat disorders that affect the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles of patients. Excited to be a part of The Queen’s Medical Center, Dr. Morgenshtern Yacoby feels so lucky that she gets to care for such an amazing community in Hawaii. One of her favorite ways to spend her free time is to be outdoors and explore all the beauty of the islands with her husband and their dog. She also enjoys curling up with a good book or watching an action movie. She speaks both English and Hebrew, and is currently trying to learn some Hawaiian, which she thinks is such a beautiful language.
