A skilled plastic surgeon, Dr. Webb is the Founder and Owner of Webb Plastic Surgery, a cosmetic and reconstructive surgery practice dedicated to meeting the goals of their patients in the greater Phoenix area.
The doctor has a longstanding history of integrity, service, and devotion to everything he does, both in his life and career. From earning the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America as a teen to currently serving in the Arizona Air National Guard as a Lieutenant Colonel, he continues to strive for excellence in all he does.
Before devoting all of his time to his private practice, he served in the United States Air Force for 17 years. While serving the country, he earned the health professions scholarship for medical school, attending the Wayne State University School of Medicine, and was subsequently promoted to captain when he went on to his general surgery training at Vanderbilt University.
Dr. Webb served as both the general and trauma surgeon at Yokota Air Base in Japan, and was part of the Pacific Command Mobile Forward Surgical Team, which could be dispatched at a moment’s notice for specialized surgical missions — including providing surgical coverage for the President of the United States. After his promotion to the rank of Major, he went on to train at the Mayo Clinic, where he specialized in plastic surgery.
Upon completing his training, he was assigned to Travis Air Force Base in California – the largest Air Force hospital in the world – where he worked as a Reconstructive and Plastic Surgeon while earning the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. As part of his professional military education, he attended the Air War College to advance his leadership skills, graduating with an outstanding record — the highest distinction possible.
A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), the doctor is board-certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). The mission of the ABPS is to promote safe, ethical, efficacious plastic surgery to the public by maintaining high standards for the education, examination, certification, and continuous certification of plastic surgeons as specialists and subspecialists.
Moreover, he is board-certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery (ABS). The ABS is an independent, non-profit organization located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, founded for the purpose of certifying surgeons who have met a defined standard of education, training, and knowledge.
With a passion for teaching, Dr. Webb maintains academic appointments at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and the University of Arizona. When he is not helping patients, he enjoys teaching residents and collaborating with peers and other leading plastic surgeons.
