Dr. Sheridan is an established Plastic Surgeon who continues to provide exceptional care and support to his patients. He has recently joined the team at Marotta Plastic Surgery Specialists in Smithtown, New York, where he will be serving the residents of Long Island. Featuring over three decades of top level experience in his field, he has accrued expertise in a wide array of surgical procedures, providing the most advanced treatments possible. Dr. Sheridan is also regarded as a specialist in minimally invasive and natural techniques.
Prior to pursuing a career in medicine, Dr. Sheridan acquired his Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana. His acclaimed career in medicine began when he graduated with his Medical Degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago. After medical school, Dr. Sheridan undertook his postgraduate training with Chicago’s Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center and New York’s Beth Israel Medical Center. Pursuing advanced medical training, he completed his Plastic Surgery residency at Weill-Cornell Medical Center, followed by his Plastic Surgery Trauma fellowship at the University of California, Davis Medical Center. Dr. Sheridan is a board certified plastic surgeon and Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Committed to staying current with the newest technology and developments in his field, he remains a distinguished member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Sheridan has dedicated his life to delivering the highest standard of quality surgical care, and he is passionate about enhancing his patients’ confidence and quality of life. His clinical focus is on breast and body procedures, and he also specializes in facial surgeries, botox and fillers, breast augmentation and reduction, breast cancer reconstruction, tummy and body contouring, liposuction, and large volume fat transfers. He has performed more than 1,500 breast procedures, 2,000 body contouring procedures, 2,500 skin cancer procedures, and 1,000 reconstructive procedures, among many other surgical and non surgical treatments. Dr. Sheridan’s passion for his work and excellence in his field is unparalleled. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, cycling, photography, and skiing.
