With more than a decade of radiation oncology experience, Dr. Fox is affiliated with Advocate Radiation Oncology, working with patients at their offices in Fort Myers, Florida.

She completed her residency at the Harvard Radiation Oncology Program in Boston, before returning to her hometown of Fort Myers.

Subsequent to her education, the doctor attained board certification in radiation oncology through the American Board of Radiology (ABR). The ABR is a not-for-profit physician-led organization that oversees the certification and ongoing professional development of specialists in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, radiation oncology, and medical physics.

In good standing with a number of professional organizations, she is an active member of the American College of Radiation Oncology, the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, the American Medical Association, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. She has presented and published research on a variety of topics in oncology, including head and neck cancer, prostate cancer, and lymphoma.

Throughout her career, Dr. Fox has worked to raise awareness about the importance of cancer screening and to provide insight to her patients on the newest treatments and technology. She is bilingual and passionate about advocating for and educating underserved communities. She has also participated in numerous cancer presentations within the Hispanic community.

Radiation oncology is a medical specialty that involves the controlled use of radiation to treat cancer. It is one of the three primary specialties – the other two being surgical and medical oncology – involved in the treatment of cancer. A radiation oncologist is a specialist physician who uses ionizing radiation in the treatment of cancer.

In her free time, Dr. Fox enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, Brian, and their three children, Sophia, Josh, and Carina.
