Well versed in the field of otolaryngology, Dr. Kelley is an attending physician at ENT Associates of Manatee, with offices in Bradenton, and Lakewood Ranch Florida. His professional interests include pediatric otolaryngology, endocrine, sinus and ear surgery. He is certified in LASER surgery, Eustachian Tube Balloon Dilation and Latera Implantation for nasal valve collapse. He started a new Cochlear Implant Practice in 2019 and is the only Cochlear Implant provider in Manatee County.

Born in Bakersfield, California, Dr. Kelley lived in Anchorage, Alaska from age 2 to 22. In 2006 he graduated from Bartlett High School where the faculty voted him Male Most Likely to Succeed. He completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Science with a Minor in Psychology at the University of Alaska Anchorage, where he received the Biological Sciences Departmental Honors Award. 

In 2010, he began studying at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. Graduating at the top of his class, he was honored with the Dean’s Award; given to only one student per class. He began his surgical residency training at the Detroit Medical Center in 2014. He completed rotations in neurotology, head and neck cancer, facial plastics and allergy/immunology, and a total of 14 months in pediatric otolaryngology at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan.

As a testament to his success, the doctor is board-certified in otolaryngology through the American Osteopathic Boards of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AOBOO). The AOBOO is a joint organization that provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) who specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of the eye (ophthalmologists) and to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of the ears, nose, and throat (otolaryngologists).

He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA), a certification which requires extensive study, participation in conference learning and passing both a written and oral board exam. He uses that expertise to guide his leadership of the allergy practice at ENT Associates of Manatee, where he is the Clinical Director. 

Professionally, Dr. Kelley is an active member of the American Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.

Among his prior academic appointments, he served sas clinical faculty at Michigan State University School of Medicine for 5 years before graduating as Chief Resident in 2019.

Recognized as a Top Doctor, Dr. Kelley has been the recipient of various awards and honors, including the COSGP Silver Award for 50+ hours of community service, Student D.O. of the Year 2011-2012, The McCaughan Heritage Scholarship, the Dean’s Award upon graduation in 2014, the Dr. Suzanne White Award for contributions to the Resident Council in 2016, and won First Prize at the Michigan SCS-ENT Research Day Competition in 2018 for his work on tympanic membrane repair.

On a more personal note, he enjoys time with his family, running, swimming, hiking, scuba diving, and traveling.
