Bobbie graduated with her nursing degree from Cochise College in 1974, giving her over four decades of experience in her field. She then graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in 1994. Additionally, she holds a nurse educator certificate from Arizona State University in December of 2007. Furthering her education she graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University in 2008, as well as earning her Family Nurse Practitioner certification. She holds additional certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support.
To stay up to date in her field, she remains a professional member of the Heart Rhythm Society, American Nurse Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She continues to act as preceptor to nurse practitioner students and mentor to fellow NP’s and PA’s at MD 24 House Call.
Bobbie attributes her professional success to always being goal oriented and truly liking nursing and her patients. She truly loves nursing, caring for patients and being supportive of their families. Her patients give her the motivation to work each and every day.
When not working, Bobbie enjoys reading, baking, and traveling with her husband. She stays in contact with many old friends via text and email.
