To boot, he is board-certified in adult echocardiography by the National Board of Echocardiography, and in nuclear cardiology by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology.

Interventional cardiology is a branch of cardiology that deals specifically with the catheter-based treatment of structural heart disease.
